病院での予約や手続きの際に、よく使うビジネス英会話の表現を引き続き見てみましょう。

Patient: I would like to make an appointment.
Receptionist: OK, what will be the purpose of your visit?
Patient: I need to get some vaccines before going abroad.
Receptionist: OK, do you have any history of allergic reactions to vaccines or any type of medication in the past?
Patient: No, I do not.
患者さんと病院の受付の会話
患者：予約をとりたいのですが。
受付：はい。今回お越しになる目的は何でしょうか？
患者：海外に行く前に、ワクチンを打ちたいです。
受付：はい。ワクチンや何かのお薬に対するアレルギー反応といった病歴はありますか？
患者：いいえ、ありません。
history には、歴史という意味の他に、経歴や前歴、病歴といった意味があります。
