病院で使うビジネス英会話
最近では、病院でも外国人の患者さんが増えており、英語を使うお仕事の場面が増えているということです。
今回は、予約をとる時など、接客の際に役立つビジネス英会話をとりあげます。
At a hospital a patient is trying to make her next appointment.
Patient: Hello, may I please make my next appointment?
Receptionist: Yes of course. What day of the week would work best for you?
Patient: I am free Wednesday afternoons. Are there any openings then?
Receptionist: Yes, there is an opening next Wednesday at 3pm. Does that work for you?
ある患者さんが次の予約をとろうとしています。
患者：こんにちは。次の予約をとれますか？
受付：はい、何曜日が一番ご都合よろしいですか？
患者：水曜の午後、時間があります。空きがありますか？
受付：はい、来週の水曜日、空きがあります。こちらで大丈夫でしょうか？
