A: Hey Jane, I'm running down to Starbuck's for a coffee, can I get you something?
ジェーン、今スタバにコーヒーを買いにひとっぱしり行くところだけど、なにかいる？
B: Oh, that would be great! I'm starting to nod off here. This file I'm putting together isn't very exciting.
あら、それはいいわね！居眠りしそうだったのよ。このファイルまとめるの、あまりおもしろくない。
A: Haha, that's the reason I decided to go too. My meeting with the boss lasted two hours. Wore me right out and now I can't stay awake.
ハハハ、僕がコーヒー買いに行こうと決めたのも、それが理由だよ。上司との会議、2時間続いたんだ。すっかりへとへとにさせられたから、いま起きていられない。
B: Two hours?! That's enough to wear anyone out! Anyway, here's five dollars. Please get me a double latte with lots of sugar!
2時間？誰かをヘトヘトにさせるには十分な時間ね。とにかく、ここに５ドルあるわ。ダブルのラテ、たっぷりの砂糖入りで、買ってきてね、お願い。
A: No problem. Keep your money, it's my treat today.

B: Oh, thanks Sally!
