The manager wants to spend less money on stationary as he believes his staff are ordering things that they don't need. He is having a word with his salesclerk Don.

マネージャーは文房具代の経費を減らしたいと考えています。なぜならスタッフたちが必要のないものを注文していると感じているからです。マネージャーは店員のドンと話をしています。

Manager :"Don, we really need to cut back on stationary this month. There's a lot of stuff being ordered that is just sitting in the cupboard."

Don 　: "Yeah I know, but all that is what the team are asking me to order."
