　Roger: "We had to make a decision based on branch performance. The 2 highest performing branches will in-corporate the other 2. There will be redundancies throughout. As the consistently highest performing branch, your team will stay here, and you will take on one of the others. However, we still have to streamline. We still have to lose staff, so the timeline is within the next month. I basically need you to have your team down to 5 by the end of March.

  　Dianne: "Ok thank you Roger. I understand."

ロジャー「支店の成績に基づいて決断する必要がある。成績が高い二つの支店が、他の二つを合併する。すると全体的に余剰があるはずだ。常に良い成績の支店として、君のチームはここに残る。そして成績の低いどちらかの支店を受け入れるんだ。しかしながら、もっと合理化を進めなければならない。スタッフを減らさなけらばならない。期限は来月中だ。基本的に、君にはチームの人数を5名に減らしてもらいたい。3月末までに」
